Building on the Nvidia CUDA foundation from ECE206/406 (CSC 266/466), more sophisticated projects will be developed in this course. Students are broken into multiple groups based on their interests in topics. A few advanced projects are presented to them which last a semester long. Each group is expected to pick a project and develop it semester-round. Example projects include * GPU protein folding * GPU Face Recognition * GPU Advanced Image Processing * students are welcome to bring their own interesting project |
