ENTREPRENEURIAL/BUSINESS EXPERIENCE: 

   
Mar 2015 Just Solutions, Inc. acquired Soyata Computers and all of its employees on 3/20/2015.
   
2007-2015 Soyata Computers continued to operate its IT division.
   
Oct 2007 Soyata OSD grew six-fold in two years, and was sold to United Business Systems (UBS), Buffalo, NY on Oct. 2007. UBS acquired the Soyata Buffalo branch and all OSD employees.
   
Aug 2005 Sharp authorized Soyata OSD for Buffalo, NY, and Soyata OSD took over Image Office Supply, a then-defunct copier dealer in Buffalo. Soyata OSD expanded its copier operations to Buffalo by opening a store in Buffalo.
   
May 2005 Soyata Computers formed its Office Systems Division (OSD) and became a Sharp authorized copier dealer, engaged in the sales and service of Sharp copiers.
   
Mar 2005 Soyata Computers acquired Allegany Office Systems, which had been in business for 25 years, primarily engaged in the sales and servicing of copiers and office equipment. This acquisition created a company that has expertise in IT and copiers.
   
2001-2005 After the tragic events in Sep. 2001 that was followed by the "Great Recession," Soyata Computers started focusing on corporate IT sales and service contracts. The company formed its Soyata Corporate division in 2001 and quickly became one of the largest independently-owned IT companies in Rochester, NY.
   
1998-2001 Soyata Computers opened a retail store and grew 40% annually. Selected to be in Rochester's Top 100 fastest growing companies (ranked # 32). Employee count reached 26, while sales peaked at $7.7M.
