ESP-DGC 2015 - Registration

Authors are required to register by April 15, 2015. Please contact Carrie Stein (carrie.stein01@gmail.com) for registration information or if you have any special requirements. ESP-DGC15 papers will not be included in the Proceedings unless at least one co-author registers for the workshop.

The hotel information has been added to the ICDCS web site. Please register through the link provided (Conference Registration). The deadline for the group rate is June 5th and our group rate is $157 per night. Attendees may also call the hotel directly at +1 (614) 384-8600 and reference the group code ''IEEE15'' to make a reservation.    Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: If an author is registering ONLY to the ESP-DGC15 workshop, no other ICDCS conference event, do they still have to pay the full registration ? Or, is there a discounted price for the ''workshop-only'' registration ?
A: There is no workshop-only registration in this conference.

Q: ICDCS website says April 24th for the camera-ready copy submission. Can we assume the same deadline for this workshop ?
A: Yes. We will have instructions out to the authors by the end of the week, around 4/17.

Q: If one author registers, and they decide to change the author to someone else, can they do this ? In the end, only a single author will attend.
A: Yes, this is no problem. They can update their registration online and make a substitution.

Q: Can a student register and present ? or, does it have to be a full registration ?
A: A student can register and present, but each paper must have at least one ''author'' registration. In this case, the student would register as the author.

Q: If an author has 2 papers, do they still have to register twice ? Only a single author will be coming to present.
A: There is a $300 2nd paper fee.

Q: The registration page asks for a Paper ID. IS this necessary ?
A: The paper ID isn't necessary and can be ignored.

Q: There is no additional page charge up to 10 pages, is this correct ?
A: No additional charge up to 10 pages. If the paper is more than 10 pages, the fee is $200 per page.
